Terms and conditions
FEES
Rates are per apartment per night. Prices are not including Government VAT. Rates are 15% for stays unto 28 Nights and 3.5% there after.
Customers shall pay 25% deposit on booking and the balance 1 Month before there stay.
For stay of over 1 Month, Customers shall pay at the beginning of each Month.
Bookings are confirmed with a credit / debit card through our online booking service. The online booking shall give you the price of your full stay excluding VAT. We shall only take the 25% booking fee plus VAT and the balance 1 Month before. Your receipt will be emailed.
Cancelations
Cancelations made 1 Month before your stay, 25% of your stay plus VAT
Cancelations made 1-2 Month before your stay 10% of cost plus VAT
OCCUPANTS
2 bedroom apartments can be booked for 2 persons, however guests permitted.
4 Bedroom Apartment can be booked for 4 persons, however guests are permitted.
KEYS
We offer a meet and greet, there is also a secure box with combination lock for late night arrivals. Secret Number issued. Keys lost are charged at £30 per set
RIGHT OF REFUSAL
Regents Apartments reserve the right to refuse a customer entry to the Apartments if on arrival under the influence of alcohol, drugs or behaving in an unacceptable manner
CUSTOMER LIABILITY
Regents Apartment will not be responsible for los or damage of customer good or personal belongings kept at the accommodations
Customers are responsible for taking all reasonable care of the apartments and there contents
